BestLink Consult LLC was founded in 2023 by architect Hamror Gabriel, MSc. The firm was established to provide high-quality HERS rating, energy modelling, and regulatory

building assessment services throughout Massachusetts. Although a young company,

BestLink Consult is built on decades of combined professional experience in architecture, energy compliance, and municipal building oversight.


Our senior leadership brings extensive expertise in regulatory building assessments, including Home Energy Rating System (HERS) certification and energy-related design consulting.


Hamror Gabriel,

Founder & Director


Hamror Gabriel is a Sudanese-born American architect and energy professional. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Khartoum and a Master of Science in Architectural Engineering from the International Islamic University Malaysia. His graduate research examined the impact of green building strategies on improving energy efficiency in conventional building design.

Hamror is a licensed Construction Supervisor (CSL) and a qualified Building Official (BO). During his years of service with the City of Springfield as a construction supervisor and building inspector, he gained extensive hands-on experience in code enforcement, regulatory compliance, and building performance standards. During this time, he also earned professional certifications in HERS Energy Rating and Energy Professional Services.

In 2023, drawing on his architectural background and municipal experience, Hamror established BestLink Consult LLC to deliver reliable, accurate, and efficient HERS rating services. The company utilizes advanced energy modeling and assessment software to provide precise results and timely certification.
